Membership & Pass Fee Structure

NOTE: All fees, unless otherwise noted, do not include 9.6% sales tax. Fees are subject to change without notice in order to reflect current market conditions. Twilight rates begin at 1:00 P.M.
Memberships
The Player’s Membership: $1,100 per year optional daily cart fee of $7.76
Includes Green Fees and 14 days in advance tee times. Guests pay resident rate when playing with a Player’s member. $650 Legal spouse add-on. Add annual practice facility pass for $350.00 must purchase players membership.

- After every fourth round paid for, your fifth round is free!
- Free round of golf the day you join and on your birthday!
- Tee times available fourteen days in advance.
- 20% discount on all non-sale golf merchandise.
Pedro’s Pass: $125 per year, plus daily fee of $17.95 Twilight $12.45
Includes cart, GPS, 7 days in advance tee times, 15% discount on non-sale golf shop merchandise. $85.00 Legal spouse add-on.

- After every ninth round paid for, your tenth round is free!
- Free round of golf the day you join and on your birthday!
- Tee times available seven days in advance.
- 15% discount on all non-sale golf merchandise.
All Memberships & Passes are valid 1 year from date of purchase and receive 1 free round day of purchase. New daily fee rates will take place on November 2nd, 2012.
